Refund Policy:
• Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.
We are not to be held responsible for any loss or damage caused, while making use of the payment methods available on the website in the following cases:
• If you are not authorized to carry out the transaction
• If you exceed the present limit mutually agreed upon between you and your bank
• If any payment issues arise
• If your transaction is declined
All the payments made by you for the purchases/services availed will be in United Arab Emirates dirham only. We do not facilitate any transaction where any foreign currency other than United Arab Emirates dirham is involved.

Prices & Availability
Delili.ae reserves the right to update the prices at any time. Delili and their procurement team work to their best ability to delivery your order, some products that could be unavailable or out of stock at times can be communicated to the Delili team through our want list system or on the product listing, we have a “notify me” button to let you know when the product will be back in stock.
If your order can not be honored, you will be issued a full refund; if part of your order is missing, we will issue a partial refund for the price of the undelivered product.

Discounts, Rewards & Vouchers
Delili.ae reserves right to update their terms and information for Discounts, Rewards and Vouches at any time. If any voucher has been used incorrectly and outside of the terms mentioned, Delili.ae has the right to revoke that voucher and or discount. Misuse of vouches with multiple email address are not allowed, but Delili.ae will do their best to make sure each customer is satisfied.
