Delili Delivery Policy
Delivery Charges are standard as published by the Ministry of Trade in United Arab Emirates. Delivery destination plays a significant role in the estimated time for a Delili order / delivery. Deliveries and delivery vehicles are prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the world health Organization regarding Covid 19!
Our policy is to deliver all groceries under the icon representing "Same Day Delivery" within a (2) two hour timeline. Please Note - The order for "Same Day Delivery" items should be placed before 6pm on the day of. After this time - the order will be delivered Next Day.
All Other Emirates (UAE)
We currently Delivery to all (7) Seven Emirates, Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah. Grocery items, household items and all goods to be delivered outside of Dubai area, which needs specialized delivery can be done within a 24-hour delivery timeline or "Next Day Delivery". Please Note - The order for Next Day Delivery to emirates outside of Dubai should be placed before 3pm. After this time - the order will be delivered the day after only.
Delili Return Policy
Please note that the return policy can vary with respect to the nature and category of that product. In case of receipt of damaged/defective products, or incorrect products not matching the original order, our delivery associate will return the product immediately and a refund will be processed back to customer mode of payment (Credit Card/Debit Card) or online voucher, within (3) three working days. If you find items that are damaged after our delivery associate had left, then you are requested to get in touch with our support team within (5) five hours from delivery 'time' for all perishable goods and 48 hours for all ambient items; the relevant contact numbers can be found in the “contact us” section here below. Please to ensure that the products are unused and in a perfect re-sellable condition, returned in its original packing with all the accessories. instruction manual, labels, barcodes, warranty card and invoices etc. The returned good/s would be subject to verification by the vendor’s team to ensure the legitimacy of the complaint. The below mentioned conditions must be met to ensure successful replacement of the damaged/defective item.
We should be notified within 48 hours of the receipt of any damaged goods, otherwise we will not be held liable for non-replacement of the order at all. And products also need to be returned within 48 hours once delivered. If all the above conditions are met and the complaint is legitimate, the original price along with the delivery charges will be refunded to you.
Non-halal products: For Dubai delivery only.
This is a separate section that caters products for non-Muslims only. We take into consideration our Muslim community and would like to assure that the storage, handling and delivery of such items are completely separated from all other food products.”
Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the order is confirmed, each user / customer’s order will be notified. If payment is created via debit or credit card, funds will only be taken once the order is confirmed. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the address details for the delivery are correct and that someone will be present to receive the delivery at the said address, failing to ensure this the buyer will be held responsible for the non-delivery charge of AED50.00 Ensure that the items are in a perfect condition upon delivery. If any damage or tampering is observed in the packaging, you may refuse to accept delivery and inform us forthwith.
