Place in a non-stick pan with 2 tbsp of water. Cook until water dries up.
Add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and cook
Serve while hot.
Grilled:
Peel off casing.
Skewer with BBQ stick
Grill to cook.
Serve while hot.
